Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you buy

Every course you can buy on our website has a free trial. The trial opens some lessons so you can see how the course works before you pay.

2. No refunds after purchase

Course access is digital and starts as soon as payment is confirmed. Because you can try the course free first, we do not give refunds once full access has been bought. This includes when a course has not been used or finished.

3. When we will refund you

We will refund the full amount if:

• you paid but did not get access, and we cannot fix it within 2 working days of you telling us;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase (we refund the extra payments);
• money left your account but the payment failed. Usually your bank or Razorpay returns this by itself within 5–7 working days. If it does not, contact us.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email info@trainthemachine.com within 30 days of the payment, from the email address on the account. Please include:

• the name of the course;
• the date and amount of the payment;
• the payment ID or UPI reference from your receipt or bank app.

We will reply within 2 working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (the same UPI account, card or bank account). They reach you within 5–7 working days after we approve them, depending on your bank. When a refund is made, the course access bought with that payment ends.

6. Cancellation

A course purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; this does not lead to a refund for access already bought.

7. Schools

Refunds and cancellations for school licences follow the school's agreement with us.
