Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

Train The Machine (trainthemachine.com) is run by Aimkara Learning Tech LLP, A-303 Assetz Lumos, 20 Industrial Suburb, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka 560022, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Aimkara Learning Tech LLP. "You" means the person using the platform, or the parent or guardian acting for a student.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use the platform

• Students under 18 may use the platform only through an account created by a parent or legal guardian, or through their school.
• Parents and guardians who create an account for a child agree to these terms for the child and are responsible for how the account is used.
• Schools that give their students and teachers access do so under a separate written agreement with us. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

3. Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up, and keep your password private.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell it.
• Tell us straight away at info@trainthemachine.com if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Courses, free trials and full access

• Most courses have a free trial. A trial opens some lessons for a set number of days, so you can see the course before you buy it.
• Full access opens every lesson in the course. It lasts for the period shown on the course page when you buy it.
• We may improve, update or reorder lessons over time. We will not remove the core content of a course you have paid for while your access lasts.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the course page. Any taxes that apply are shown before you pay.
• Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Full access is given as soon as your payment is confirmed. See our Delivery Policy.
• School licences are priced and paid under the school's agreement with us, not on this website.

6. Refunds

Because every course can be tried free first, purchases are not refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Using the platform properly

Please do not:

• copy, download, resell or share course content, videos, slides or activities outside the platform;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the platform, or open lessons you have not been given access to;
• upload or type anything unkind, unlawful or harmful, or anyone else's personal information;
• use automated tools to scrape or copy the platform.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. AI features

Some activities use artificial intelligence, for example guessing what a student has drawn or answering a student's question. AI can make mistakes. Its answers are for learning only and are not advice of any kind. Please do not type personal information into these activities.

9. Our content

All courses, lessons, activities, videos, images, text and software on the platform belong to Aimkara Learning Tech LLP or to the people who licensed them to us. Buying access gives you a personal right to use the content for learning. It does not give you ownership of it.

10. Availability

We work to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance or updates.

11. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, the platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of data on your own device. If we are responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

12. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to info@trainthemachine.com. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Closing an account does not lead to a refund for any access already bought.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email or on the platform if a change is important. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
